The folks who make up Boston Ironsides come from wildly varying backgrounds
both on the field and off. We have players just out of college, and players
who have lived half of their lives since college. Some of our members have
been playing Rugby for years, while others have only just started. We
celebrate the differences that make us strong as a team, and look forward to
continuing to add new diversity to our ranks.

Gotham Knights RFC is a predominantly, but not exclusively, gay rugby club.
We are committed to building a competitive, social, and diverse team, and
welcome players regardless of sexual orientation, ethnicity, age, or physical
ability.
Gotham Knights RFC actively recruits members year round at all levels of
experience for practice and tournament play. We welcome inexperienced players
to come and learn the basic skills of the game while simultaneously offering
experienced members a competitive forum in which to play rugby. Tourists to
the New York City area are also encouraged to drop in on our practices and
games.
The Match
B-side match consisting of a combined Boston/New York vs. a composite side
of other players (men and women).
