The
Hotel @ MIT, a Hilton Hotel
property, is our official conference hotel and has set
aside a block of rooms at a greatly reduced rate of
$109/evening for single or double. In true MIT style, the hotel features
complimentary wireless Internet access for your laptop

Queen or Double/Double -- this rate was good until Feb
25, but after that, they will still honor the rate as
long as there are available rooms. Guests can secure their reservation

rate cannot be obtained through their global
reservations desk, but directly though the hotel since
it's a very special rate. Be sure to request the
National Gay & Lesbian Athletics Conference room block
in order to receive the group rate. Attendees will be
asked for a credit card to guarantee the reservations.

from very far and so we will also be looking into hosted

AIRFARE
For those that are
sports team/league/organization leaders, please consider
arriving Thursday evening, March 27, such that you may
be able to participate in the round table discussions on
the Friday. Everyone else should consider arriving into
town on Friday for the opening reception/cocktails. The
conference concludes on Sunday evening after the various
sports exhibitions, but attendees may stay to
participate in optional Sunday evening activities.

designated as the official carrier for the attendees of
the Gay and
Lesbian Athletics Conference,
March 28 - 30,

US Airways agrees to offer an exclusive low fare for the
attendees. This special fare will offer a 7%
discount off First or Envoy Class and any published US
Airways promotional round trip fare. A 12%
discount off unrestricted “Y” or B8US / B4AUS fares will
apply with no advance reservations and ticketing
required. Plan ahead and receive an additional
discount by ticketing 60 days or more prior to
departure. These discounts are valid provided
all rules and restrictions are met and are applicable
for travel from all points on US Airways’ route system.
